It’s a shame that Apple doubles down on the ”Thunderbolt 3 (and mini-jack” are the only connectors needed on a laptop” stupidity.
My dream laptop would be left half current gen MBP (TB3), right half from the old style (USB-A, HDMI and SD card).

and tagged it with Iris Iris is certainly a child of her time. Today she was playing with an old Roku remote. She was pretending that it was her phone and while she did press some of its buttons she mostly spoke to Siri on her phone, giving Siri instructions how to drive the imaginary car that she was sitting in.
