I’ve been at home with Ebbe for most of today and he’s been quite cranky so I haven’t had much time to think about today’s photo. Just as I was heading for bed I looked around and as I was about to give up I encountered a familiar shadow.

This photo seems like a good seasonal one, since the season is quite ambiguous here right now. The calendar says it’s fall but the sub-zero temperature and the frost and snow doesn’t seem to agree.

This is my liquid for the photo challenge. A plain and simple Coke as I’m sitting down behind the trusted old Yamaha 01V96 to mix a discussion panel on filmmaking. Good stuff!

Up close with a Focusrite ISA preamp.

I had originally planned to make a similar photo with a mixing console that I introduced to my students today but time ran out and I needed to get home before the kids bedtime so this was the closest thing I could find in my office.

Today I’ve taken one of our cars, a Saab 9-3, to the repair shop for some service of the block heater. Important stuff when the Swedish winter is approaching.

This photo is my contribution to today’s theme for the photo challenge is ”On the move”

Two parts gin, one and a half part Cointreau and one part freshly squeezed lemon juice. Shake until freezing cold and you’ve made yourself a White Lady, a truly tasty cocktail.

I pass this wire pole almost everyday when I’m walking with Ebbe for his nap and I’m fascinated by how it looks. There something about it that reminds me of Twin Peaks: The Return.

The only squares I’ve spent much time with today are the square keys of my MacBook Pro as I’m trying to figure out why my blog suddenly refuses to receive webmentions.
